Access to Your Records
You have the right to request and obtain a copy of your health records at any time.
Requests can be submitted:
- Through the client portal
- In writing to our office by email
We will support you in understanding the process and next steps toward receiving your records in a timely manner.
Licensing and Oversight
This practice is regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
You may contact the licensing authority to:
- Ask questions about professional standards
- Seek clarification regarding provider responsibilities
- Report concerns related to care>
Filing a Complaint
If a concern arises, you are encouraged to bring it forward so we can move toward resolution together.
You also have the right to file a formal complaint with the appropriate agency at any time.
